Enzyme linked colorimetric analysis and radioimmunoassay were used to detect serum fasting total bile acids(TBA) and choloyglycin(CG) respectively in 33 cases of neonatal unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia and 34 infants with breast milk jaundice(BMJ).
