E chos of the ventricular wall of all the 5 cases were enhanced and unhomogenous. Cardiac function was decreased(FS 20%, MVOF 0.7 cir/sec).

• 5例（1例病史仅2个月）均有室间而和室壁回声不均和增强，心功能低下，尤以左室收缩功能为甚，FS在20%25以下，MVCF在0.；7cir/sec以下，IVS或LVPW增厚率亦有降低。
