Different concentration of seed oil and sarcocarp oil of H.rhamnoides were feed to those rats for 45 d,then the changes of activity of ALT in serum and SOD in liver were measured.

• 结果:一定剂量的沙棘籽油和果油能提高实验性肝损伤小鼠肝脏SOD活力,抵抗血清中ALT的升高,且在剂量范围内高剂量作用好于低剂量、籽油的作用略优于果油。
