Conditioned medium (CM) from cultured NOV/COS-7 cells (NOV-CM) was collected, it markedly promoted the incorporation of JH-TdR in cultured NSCs, the effect was concentration-dependent, this indicated that NOV-CM promoted proliferation of NSCs.
