Conclusions:Short period PN after radical distal subtotal gastrectomy will not delay the recovery of gastric stump emptying and it can improve the nutritional status of patients obviously.

• 结论：根治性胃大部切除术后短期PN支持并不延迟病人残胃排空的恢复，而且能减轻术后负氮平衡状况。
