Conclusions:MT and OMT,especially OMT,can protect liver cells from damage induced by DEN and delay the forming of hepatoma,although MT and OMT can not inhibit the of hepatoma dcvelopirent completely.

• 结论:MT和OMT，尤其是OMT，尽管不能完全阻断DEN诱发大鼠肝癌的发生，但能保护肝细胞免受损伤，延缓DEN诱发大鼠肝癌的形成。
