Conclusions The clinical therapeutic effect of diskectomy, bone fusion and internal fixation is good for the patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with lumbar instability.

• 结论对术前明确存在腰椎不稳合并腰椎间盘突出症的患者，施行髓核摘除、植骨融合、内固定，重建脊柱的稳定性，临床疗效满意。
