Conclusions Some parameter of cerebral blood flow(CBF) correlate with change of ICP.The parameter of CBF of TCD examination could indirectly deduce change of ICP.

• 结论颅内压在一定范围内变化时与脑血流的某些参数有高度相关性，TCD所测得脑血流参数改变可间接推断颅内压变化。
