Conclusions After defluoride of drinking wafer,the body fluorid load came down and indices of fluoride toxic effect were improved,because of the decresing of exposure levels to fluorine.

• 结论改水降氟后，人群饮用水中摄氟量下降，致使体内氟负荷减轻，氟毒性效应指标改善，起到了明显的防护作用。
