Conclusion: NPY measured in injury gr oup were much more higher than in control group.The results suggest that NPY m ay play important role in the infrapatellar fat pat injury.

• 结论：所检测NPY损伤组与对照组相比在关节冲洗液均明显升高，提示在膑下脂肪垫损伤的病理变化过程中可能起重要作用。
