Computer simulation research of the boiler drum water system was realized by using MATLAB on two different control methods: General PID controller and Expert PID controller. The computer simulation result shows the characters of Expert PID controller.

• 利用该数学模型,对锅炉给水系统单冲量控制系统,分别采用常规PID和专家PID两种控制器,用MATLAB进行了仿真研究,说明专家PID控制器比常规PID控制器减小了被控对象的超调量,缩短了控制时间,响应曲线特性更为理想,同时也指出了专家PID控制器的不足。
