Compared with mammary cancer in model group,the level of AIB1mRNA,ER mRNA and ER expressions were significantly decreased in GEN treated group,while they were significantly increased in OP treated group and PCNA expression was significantly increased too.

• 与Mod组比较,GEN组乳腺癌组织中AIB1、ER mRNA及ER表达量明显降低,而OP组AIB1、ER mRNA和ER、PCNA表达水平则明显增加。
