Commencing from 5 May 2008, all new courses must be registered under the Qualifications Registration (QR) before registration under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF).

• 資歷架構已於2008年5月5日正式推行，按規定，所有課程必需先註冊成為資歷名冊內的認可課程，才可以申請註冊成為持續進修基金的認可課程。
