Cell treated with 10-7mol/L 1,25-(OH)2D3 changed a lot , which displayed the morphological characters of benign cell, meanwhile cell cycle was arrested at G0/G1, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor P21 and DPC-4/Smad4 expressions was markedly up-regulated .
