C_3DP was found in 17 cases, CIC was positive in 26 and ANA in 6. ATA increased markedly in the patients,It is considered that CIC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease to activate complement through classical pathway.

• 17例患者血中出现C_3DP,26例患者CIC阳性,6例ANA阳性。 ATA水平增高,与健康对照组比较差异有高度显著性。
