By means of SEM,EDX,and EPMA analy-ses the joining mechanism was investigated. Active element Ti in the brazingalloy diffused into Si_3N_4 and chemical reactions occured in ceramic-metal in-terface,certain chemical compounds consist of N and Ti produced.
