By means of SEM,EDX,and EPMA analy-ses the joining mechanism was investigated. Active element Ti in the brazingalloy diffused into Si_3N_4 and chemical reactions occured in ceramic-metal in-terface,certain chemical compounds consist of N and Ti produced.

• 经SEM,EDX 及EPMA 分析研究可知,钎料中活性元素Ti 向Si_3N_4中扩散并在界面发生化学反应而生成几种N 与Ti 的化合物,从而形成结合。
