Both TSH and Cch were able to transiently increase[Ca~(2+)]_1 in Ca~(2+)free/EGTA buffer,indicating that the increased[Ca~(2+)]_1 originated in the mobilization of[Ca~(2+)]_1 stored in the cells.

• TSH 和 Cch 均能在无钙/EGTA 缓冲介质中刺激猪甲状腺细胞[Ca~(2+)]升高,提示此升高的[Ca~(2+)]源自细胞内储藏 Ca~(2+)的动员。
