Boc-D-His (Trt)-OH was synthesized by the reaction of D-His (Trt)-OH with triphenylmethy followed by acylafion with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate in base. Structures of the product were confirmed by MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,UV, IR.
