Blanch pea shoots. Soak in iced water until cool. Chop finely with Chinese parsley. Wipe dry with a dry towel.

 
  • 豆苗用热水灼熟,再用冰水浸至凉冻,与芫荽一同切碎,用乾布吸乾水份,备用。
