Before the operation of heart, at 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after CPB termination, whole blood were taken, the blood serum levels of S100B, IL-8, IL-10 and ICAM-1 were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method.

• 分别在手术前、体外循环结束后1小时、2小时、6小时、12小时、24小时抽血,用ELISA法检测血清S100B、IL-8、IL-10、ICAM-1的浓度。
