Based on the summarization of the entrepreneur theory and investigation into some SMEs in Zhejiang Province, this article suggests some propositions by analysing the existing macroscopic and microscopic circumstances and questions.

• 在对“企业家”相关理论综述的基础上,用随机抽样和典型调查的方法,调查了中小企业比较发达的浙江省中为数众多的中小企业,根据调查的情况,分析目前在企业家队伍中存在的主要问题,并提出了一些对策。
