Based on the previous study, the TA517 and its NILs were employed to fine map the 2 IFC QTLs mentioned as above. Differential expression of the genes at different development stages of fruit was studied through cDNA-AFLP approach.

• 本研究在前人研究工作的基础上，以TA517及其近等基因系为主要材料，对其中的2个增强果实颜色的QTL进行了精细定位，并利用cDNA-AFLP方法研究了含有增强果实颜色QTL的材料在果实不同发育阶段基因的差异性表达。
