Based on the diagnosis kit for pathogenic Aeromonas, the ECPase54 produced by Aeromonas hydrophila (Ah) was detected by Dot-ELISA, at the same time the gene for specific 16S rDNA and aerolysin of pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila (PAh) were detected.
