Based on the AVL fuel injection simulation software HYDSIM,this paper gives a simulation analysis on top clearance plunger pump. By changing fuel injection rate,the top clearance plunger can soften engine combustion, reduce NOx emission and noise.

• 利用AVL公司HYDSIM软件对顶隙式喷油泵柱塞进行分析,顶隙柱塞改变了喷油速率曲线,使发动机燃烧柔和,有利于降低NOx和燃烧噪声;
