Any deviation in saving or attempting to save life or property at sea or any reasonable deviation shall not be deemed to be an act deviating from the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

• 船舶在海上为救助或者企图救助人命或者财产而发生的绕航或者其他合理绕航，不属于违反前款的规定的行为。
