Among them,there were 15 cases of delivery in our hospital,4 cases were primipara,17 cases were multipara,6 cases were cicatricial uterus.

• 初产妇4例,经产妇17例,疤痕子宫6例。结论产科子宫切除是抢救产妇生命的一项重要措施,胎盘因素是产科急症子宫切除的主要原因,其次是宫缩乏力和子宫破裂。
