Among 28 patients,21 testiculars were excised,because they were ischemic necrosis,7 testiculars recoveried well,because the blood circulation recoveried well after reposition and fomentation.

• 7例手术复位,热敷后睾丸、附睾血运恢复良好,予以固定,保留睾丸恢复良好。
