All the patients were evaluated by using Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scoring system , Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the latest follow-up observation.

• 用JOA腰背痛手术评分标准和VAS评估两组患者术前和随访时功能和疼痛情况,运用SDS评分量表评估随访时患者心理抑郁情况。
