Aim: To explore the effects of sodium hydrogen exchanger(NHE 1) specific hammerhead ribozyme on the expression and activity of NHE 1 and pHi in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) in rats, and its role in PASMCs proliferation.
