Aim To explore the advantages of the technologically improved gastro-oesophagostomy performed in the left of the neck to radically cure cancer of the mid-and-upper oesophagus.

• 目的探讨中上段食管癌根治左颈部食管胃吻合术技术改进的方法。方法40例食管中上段癌左进胸食管胃主动脉后方左颈部吻合,不翻体位,先食管胃颈部吻合,后关胸。
