After intratracheal instillation of BLM, the expression of ICAM-1 on alveolar epithelium was increased on the 1st day, reached the peak on the 7th day, and remained at high level on the 28th day.

• 气管内灌注BLM后第1天肺泡上皮ICAM-1表达即有增加，第7天达高峰，第28天仍持续高表达； 支气管粘膜上皮、肺血管内皮及炎性细胞表面ICAM-1表达也均有增加，且肺组织ICAM-1表达与肺组织炎症积分、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞总数呈正相关。
