Abstratct:Objective:To detect 1448 suspectable chromosomal abnormalitic patients by cytogenetical analysis and genetic consultation,and all of them had different degrees of mental health problems.

• 目的本文对1448例可疑有染色体病的患者进行了细胞遗传学检查及遗传咨询,发现这类患者不同程度的都存在心理问题。本研究就此类问题进行初步探讨。
