AIM and METHODS:TO study the changes of brain water content and Evan blues (EB)in 82 SD rats. MK-801(0.5 mg.kg 1 .d 1 in total of 2 injections) was given at 24 and 48 hours before the injection of Pertussis Bacilli(PB).
