A total of 94 H.pylori-positive patients with active DU received twice daily treatment with esomeprazole 20 mg combination with amoxicillin 1 g and clarithromycin 500 mg or furazolidone 0.1 g for 1 week(EAC and EFA group,n=46 and 48,respectively).

• EAC组(46例):埃索美拉唑20 mg+阿莫西林1 g+克拉霉素500 mg; EFA组(48例):埃索美拉唑20 mg+呋喃唑酮0.；1 g+阿莫西林1 g；均每日2次；共7 d。
