A series of typical fragment ions were obtained by in-source collision-induced dissociation(CID). RESULT:The quasi-molecular ions were 1209.7 (M+H) + and 1231.6 (M+Na) + . The double-charge ions were 605.4 (M+2H) 2+ and 616.5(M+H+Na) 2+ .

• 结果 :测得亮丙瑞林准分子离子峰 (M +H) + m/z 12 0 9 7及 (M +Na) + m/z 12 31 6 ,(M +2H) 2 + m/z 6 0 5 4及 (M +H +Na) 2 + m/z 6 16 5 ,表明亮丙瑞林的分子量为 12 0 8 7,与理论值一致。
