A prolongation of PEPI,abbreviation of LVETI and elevation of PEP/LVETI were found in intracar-diac shunt diseases,i. e. tetralogy of Fallot,ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect,which reflected a depression of left ventricular performence.

• 结果:心内分流的法乐氏四联症、室缺及房缺均表现为PEPI延长、LVETI缩短和PEP/LVETI增大,反映左室功能降低。
