A pair of general primer (ITS5-ITS4) was used to test in amplification of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of chromosomal DNA of fruiting bodies of Boletus edulis in Yunnan.

• 利用ITS的通用引物(ITS5-ITS4)对云南的美味牛肝菌(Boletusedulis)子实体的DNA进行PCR扩增,扩增产物回收后直接测序。
