A new intra prediction algorithm is proposed in this paper, which select optimal DC prediction direction of the block to be encoded, intra AC prediction is made from vertical, horizontal and diagonal coefficients.

• 提出了一种三阶频域帧内预测算法(TOIP),该算法在左方、上方、左上方相邻块中选择最优邻块进行DC预测,充分利用不同方向纹理特性的频域系数进行AC预测,能有效提高预测精度。
