A method was described for the determination of copper in hair of newborn babies by spectrophotometery. The conditions have been optimally selected and the results have been compared to the one obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).

• 采用分光光度法检测了新生儿头发中铜的含量 ,提出了测定的最佳条件 ,并与原子吸收分光光度法的测定结果进行比较 ,得到了满意的结果。
