A full length of NCED cDNA, namely SgNCED1, was cloned and sequenced.It was 2241-bp long and contained an open reading frame (ORF) of 1809-bp which encodes a peptide of 602 amino acids.

• 1、 柱花草SgNCED1基因的克隆 根据已报道的三种豆科植物的NCED基因同源序列设计简并引物，用RT-PCR结合RACE以及嵌套PCR的方法，从水分胁迫的柱花草叶片中克隆了SgNCED1基因，其cDNA全长由2241 bp组成，其开放阅读框架为1809 bp，编码602个氨基酸。
