A 62 year old man presented with erythroderma with marked pruritus.He was diagnosed as LCH examined by clinic, pathology and immunohistiochemistry of biopsy both in lymph node and skin.

• 对1例62岁老人的红皮病样损害伴明显瘙痒患者行临床、皮肤和淋巴结病理及免疫组化等检查,诊断LCH。
