33 cases of paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia(PSVT)were treated by transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP).21 cases recovered with overdrive suppression and the others with burst pacing.

• 本文采用经食道心房调搏(TEAP)终止阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)33例，其中21例经超速抑制法终止，有效率为63.；6%25，其余12例用短阵猝发脉冲法全部终止，有效率为100%25。
