16 cases of gastric leiomyoma,2 cases of gastric cystis and l case of gastric adipoma were detected by EUS,while 18 cases of gastric stromal tumor and l case of gastric leiomyosarcoma were diagnosed pathologically.

• 采用EUS诊断胃平滑肌瘤16例,胃囊肿2例,胃脂肪瘤1例。 手术后病理诊断胃平滑肌瘤18例,胃平滑肌肉瘤1例。
