[Methods] Injected tetramethylpyrazine(20mg per kidney) into intra-renal adipose capsule of 23 patients under ultrasound guiding with 20G PTC-B needle,then analysed urine protein,serum creatinine,total protein,BUN.

• 方法23例肾小球疾病的患者,在实时超声引导下用20GPTC针穿刺肾脂肪囊,并注射川芎嗪20m(g每侧),观察肾病治疗前后尿蛋白、血清肌酐、总蛋白、尿素氮等指标并进行分析。
